Clinical Days and Hours:
Appointments will either be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays and scheduled at a time agreed with you. This time may be outside of the office opening hours listed below.
Call Backs:
If I have been unable to answer your call during the office opening hours listed above, I will get back to you as soon as I am free from appointments. I always aim to get back to messages and calls within 24 hours, although this can be longer if contact is made after 16:00 on a Thursday.
Email Enquiries:
As with calls however; at first contact I will respond by asking to arrange a convenient time and day that I could call you. This time may be outside of the office opening hours listed above.
