Alpha STIM

The Alpha Stim AID is a great device that assists in alleviating stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia from the first use.  It is recommended to be used each day for just three months and because it is small, you can clip it on to use whilst on the go.  Although the Alpha Stim AID is relatively new in recent years, there are more than 30 years of research on the technology that has been around since 1981 which can be viewed on their website link I have placed below, please do feel free to have a look through.  To purchase one, you will need to do this through myself as they only sell to registered practitioners   https://www.themicrocurrentsite.co.uk/

You will also find the Alpha Stim AID within NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) Guidelines if you perform a Google search.

I have found that the Alpha-Stim Aid works very well alongside having counselling and psychotherapy.  Clients I have used the Alpha Stim Aid on within sessions have provided great feedback that it has been very helpful for them, especially if we are processing a trauma.  It has allowed clients to engage in the process quicker meaning fewer sessions overall for some and the ability to utilise help that would have been otherwise difficult to engage with for others.

The Alpha Stim AID device creates relief by relaxing and calming the body, it is non invasive and can be used in conjunction with most other forms of treatment. (I use the Alpha Stim within face to face sessions which are unfortunately temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19.  Online sessions still remain available)
